The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and is designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens data privacy and to reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy.  Enforcement date: 25 May 2018

We are aware and have updated our procedures to include a section on GDPR.  
 

3) Rabbit Attack PR - How Your Information Is Used
We only ever use your contact details in order to send you press releases via Mailchimp and to fulfill any requests you may have for samples from one of our clients.  Your information is NEVER shared to any outside parties.

We are also using GDPR as an opportunity to spring clean the data we hold and get rid of data we no longer need.  In keeping with previous directives you always have and always will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from our releases at any time.  You can either do this at the bottom of any press release you receive from us or by contacting us on the email and telephone number below.
